As part of the Prospect South to Macarthur (ProMac) program, @Sydney Water is building new drinking water pipelines and infrastructure to extend the city’s water capacity and supply.
As Principal Contractor, @Ferrycarrig is working with ProMac Delivery Partner @ACCIONA Australia to construct new re-chlorination plants at Narellan South Reservoir, Campbelltown South Reservoir, and Cecil Park Reservoir in South West Sydney.
Reslec Electrical Contractors P/L are proud to be completing the electrical component on behalf of Ferrycarrig for the re-chlorination plant (RCP) works. Major components of the Reslec scope include:
- Power supply and sub mains connection to new re-chlorination plant (RCP) units
- Installation of new main switchboard/metering cubicle (Cecil Park)
- Installation of leakage detection pits for the adjacent Sydney Water reservoirs, including float switch supply, installation, connection, and cabling
- Connection of mixer status signal
- Installation of new chlorine analyser interconnection cabling to RCP units
- Installation of SCADA cabling and point-to-point commissioning of cabling
- Installation of three-phase sump pumps/pit submersible pumps with power supply and connection for the new RCP units

Reslec crews have been involved with installation of kilometers worth of cabling (over 21,000 lineal meters), winching, installation of MSB’s, Termination of switchboards and construction of the precincts low voltage distribution system, as well as the private street lighting network in the industrial precinct development.
Service connections for temporary builders supplies and metering for project site compounds.
Assistance with raising overhead service wire to transport 3x HV switch rooms from Pacific Highway down to the landing site in Artarmon.
Service lowered and restored; customer maintained on genset for the duration of the transport and crane lifting of the prefabricated HV switch room for a section of the Sydney Metro line wide project, Campsie.

-Phillips TV spotlights and high bay lighting with DMX control.
-Installation of 2x lighting electrical distribution boards.
Team Reslec was proud to support Ausconnex to deliver the installation of 6 Tesla V3 Supercharger Stations at Figtree Shopping Centre. Available 24/7, each charger can deliver up to 250kW of charge in around 20 minutes, equaling 80% charge to an average EV.

All delivered, installed and commissioned ahead of an extremely tight delivery timeline prior to the Christmas Shut Down, 2022.
Reslec Electrical Contractors also managed the generator supply and connection of multiple commercial and residential tenants, and overhead service connection upgrades associated with the network upgrade works completed by Ausconnex on the outage day, to energize the installation. A brilliant effort and delivery by all.
